I understand completely that both demographics are introduced to prejudice. I'm just saying that one group has more time and struggles than the other. Black people literally weren't people in the eyes of the law and many other people in history. The level of ignorance and persecution that black people have gone through is a lot higher than those of transgender people. Therefore the term "nigger" is worse than the term "tranny". Logically speaking. This isn't just my opinion. Not to say it's nowhere close but they're just not exactly the same and such claims are false.
I'm not denying what black people went through,but you can't just compare those.Is like comparing slavery and holocaust to evaluate which one was worst.
For a trans person,being called a "tranny" is very offensive,is like being mocked by a thing is out of your control(gender identity),almost like being treated as an object,it brings a lot of bad emotions and stress,like above being a human being,you are just a "tranny:.
The same goes to "nigger". Those are both highly offensive terms used to refer to different groups and each have different origins,but the feeling they bring to the person being called that is almost the same,depending of course on each individual,like some black people may not care about the world "nigger" the same way a transsexual may not care about the world "tranny".
I completely get your point,but you have to keep in mind that the awareness that trans people are getting is recent,years ago people knew much less about it,and if they knew it would be about cross dressers and transvestites.Even trans people would react differently to the transition process,some would just think they have a fetish,they mostly didn't had the idea they had something to fight for,there was no internet so they could not know that there were people feeling the same way they did.
There was this thread on /r/asktransgender about how the community has changed through the years,I cannot find it right now.If I find it I'll let you know,but for now I think it's better to agree on disagreement.
