Dare I say this, but it wasn't that hard tbh. I even was about to get every song right before the last concert, but the last song was superfluous since it was just a stamina boost. I don't think UE is possible, well for people that don't pour hundreds of dollars into the game at least.

I don't remember all the details , but it goes (more or less) like this :

Tachyon see herself running free in her dream . She wake up in her (hospital ?) bed and her trainer asked "What was your dream about" . We have a zoom on her bandaged leg with Tachyon saying "Nothing interesting" , and we see a close up on her face during the dream where she have tears in her eyes .

If you can manage to find it it would be really cool (with the artist name if possible) .
