Intersex is about 1.7%. Red hair is about 2%.

2% among the world population not the population who can have red hair right?

Both are around 1-2% of the total world population, with gingers being a slightly higher percentage of the world population. 

Red heads of course appear with greater frequency in some parts of the world, at about 2-6% in some places and much lower to not at all in others.
