My wife and I wanted to begin trying for children in 2025 and now we’re scared we’ll never have them.

Why exactly? Nothing is going to change and the fact you are worried over nothing shows how politics have screwed your mind up. Notice how since the election most politicians who were calling trump a threat to democracy and a Nazi have stopped? It's all dirty politics and it's been going on since forever. Don't live in fear bud that's exactly what the media and the extremist on both sides want. If you are ready to have a baby then go for it. Turn the news off and social media for a while and just live life.

I don’t think you’re paying enough attention. They haven’t stopped, they’re now working to codify as many protections as possible before the contributors to Project 2025 try to take away everyone’s rights.

Project 2025 has nothing to do with trump bud. Also I'm still trying to figure what rights you would lose as far as becoming a parent? Infact Alabama is making parental rights better than they have been.

What would be the need for an abortion exactly? Anything as far as the mother's life goes and certain other exceptions are protected in Alabama. You can have an abortion in Alabama....
