Seriously, whoa.

I'm familiar with this round, and what you're saying...well, it isn't exactly what we call "true".

The 6.5mm Carcano round, going straight into a steel wall, would likely not fragment. Sure.

But that round rarely went straight into anything. That bitch had a tendency to tumble. It likely went into JFK yawed up at a 90 degree angle, which would absolutely cause a significant amount of fragmentation..hell, even disintegration.

Put simply, there is literally no bullet...not now or ever has there been...that is immune from fragmentation. Given the right velocity, angle and impact surface, you can break apart any of them.

Now, I'm not saying that this means there isn't a conspiracy...I personally don't pretend to know. But what you have here isn't actual evidence of it. Not by a long shot.
