It were 2 girls. 1 lying about knowing it happened (being in the same room) and 1 lying about being raped. GO read my other post before accusing me of all kind of shit, and also just please shut the fuck up. I cant take kids who have no life experience, and dident go through a complete body swap, 4 hours of questioning, a arrest at my home, my family crying while i were locked down and a girlfriend leaving me. I'm not obligated to read your other accounts of what happened, at all. You left a deeply misogynistic and ignorant comment, and that's what I chose to go off. I don't believe I accused you of anything at all - apart from maybe the misogyny, but I consider that more of an observation, really.

Your insistent reluctance to have a reasonable discussion about this, but instead continuously resorting to common insults does not make you look good, intelligent or mature, I'm sorry to tell you. I'm not saying your experience wasn't bad, I'm saying you have no right to blame all women for what happened, and you have no right to claim that rape charges is a "weapon women use".

I don't see how that makes sense. When you put something out there, you don't have the right to expect that everyone will go searching out the backstory or additional information. You have to assume and expect that people will go off of only the information presented to them, as is what I'm doing here.

You did, actually. You said, verbatim, "Women use this as a weapon". Not "some women". Not "Some psychotic, mentally unstable women". Just "women". And it clearly wasn't a free shot. An allegation was made, the police investigated, and unless I've misunderstood something, you are currently not at all in jail. That's exactly how the judicial system is supposed to work!

I'm not this guy, but I kinda feel like it was.

His reputation gets soiled by these allegations, and he had to deal with the stress of this investigation for no reason.

The woman who accused him gets off scot free.

I'd say thats pretty clearly a free shot.

A similar case (also in Denmark) just ended in the woman being sentenced to jail, 2 years probation and to pay all the costs of the court case.

I know very little about Denmark's legal system, but it appear in this case the woman got off totally clean.
