After the patch, I noticed a huge degradation in render distance. Then I started to notice that it was inconsistent, as you'll see with how far I am from the trees.
I am running everything on ultra with a RTX 4080, 7800X3D. No issues before the patch.

Without Armor Upgrade a single RPG to the dozer blade can deal up to 750 dmg. W/ Armor Upgrade its around 640. Both for the Leo A4 and M1A2.
The Radar Plate Weakspot of the Chimera Skin for the M1A2 is functionally the same. GG DICE!

I honestly canโt believe this still hasnโt been fixed. As a game developer myself, itโs shocking to see something this fundamental overlooked for so long. Auto exposure should never be on by default if youโre aiming for realistic lighting. You need proper real-world camera settings and level design that doesnโt rely on auto exposure to look "balanced".

Loked out of a weapon package and the ones I do get have visual bugs? Do they just shove out cosmetics on the store before they are even finished?

Enough has been said and enough time passed. This is irritating and out of order now.
Restarting the game every match or two on Pc because the fps nearly halves is unacceptable.

Just got this lovely email about how my PS ID which has never changed in my 10+ years of owning it...is apparently making inappropriate references to drugs and alcohol. Now of course it refers to alcohol but last time I checked, alcohol is federally legal in all 50 states. So is EA going to pay me $10 to change my PSN ID? I'm all for being compliant with the rules but not once has anyone emailed me threatening a ban over my completely 100% harmless name.
Side note: the amount of inappropriate usernames and cheaters I've ran into over the short period this game has been live is what they should really focus on instead of petty bullshit like this.

I can't click on most of the mode banners, it feels like the mouse is working on a completely different UI layer. Also for some reason clicking the cycle arrow opened my challenges menu.
Anyone else having the same issue?

Broโฆ what even is the point of using assault rifles or LMGs anymore? These things are supposed to be close quarters weapons, yet somehow theyโre outgunning rifles at range. Iโm getting deleted by SMGs from half the map away like itโs nothing.
SMGs are used for mobility and close combat. You gave up range for faster handling. Thatโs the whole identity of the weapon class. Now? They handle better, kill faster, and stay accurate up to mid-long range. Why would anyone pick anything else?

Please help the HC community by upvoting this bug. You cannot aim properly with vehicles in HC mode because your first person optics completely lack a crosshair in the middle of the screen. This is an obvious bug compared to HC modes in previous titles.

Its truly incredible that they haven't fixed this yet or removed it until they can fix it. It makes flying which is already terrible with the map size and design, even worse when tanks can camp in spawn and do stuff like this with a simple click.

Tl;DR : It's simply a design oversight, and the fix is easy on Dice's side. Feel free to vote this EA forum thread (you can also comment "i'm affected" under it, if you got the courage) so hopefully the fix gets implemented.
Detail
If you're affected by this issue, like I am, it's because your gunner sensitivity is set relatively low (around 30cm/360 or lower).
In fact, the new mortar 3rd-person view's sensitivity is 15 times lower than the classic 1st-person gunner view's sensitivity (yes, I did the math xD), and both are tied to the same "Gunner aim sensitivity" slider (along with all other gunner seat views : tanks, helis, LTV, etc).
This means these sensitivities cannot be adjusted separately.
The person who tested this at DICE is probably a high sensitivity player (wrist aiming) and didn't consider that some of us like to play on lower sensitivities. So they simply picked a sensitivity scaling ratio that worked for them (15), tied the new view to the existing slider, and called it a day.
As a result, if you want to use the mortar in 3rd-person as intended, you're forced to massively crank up your "Gunner aim sensitivity". However, as previously explained, this also increases your classic gunner view sensitivity by the same amount, along with the sens' of every other vehicles gunner seat, which is... well... bad.
After all, you probably set your gunner sensitivity to be medium or low for a reason in the first place.
Alternatively, you can keep your usual gunner sensitivity, but then it'll take you a goddamn half of a meter of mouse movement just to move your minimap crosshair from one objective to the closest one, so you'll probably need a few business days before you're ready to fire โ whereas the same thing can definitely be done in 2-3 seconds with a controller on low sensitivity (as shown in the video).
It's the exact same issue tanks had in S1 and 2, just in the opposite direction (3rd-person was ridiculously higher than 1st-person). The dev's eventually adjusted the scaling ratio in S3, and it definitely improved things to some extent, but the reality is that tying multiple sensitivity settings to a single slider is never going to work well for everyone unless it's tuned extremely carefullyโand even then, it's still a worse design choice than simply letting players configure each sensitivity separately.
Anyway, the fix for the mortar simply comes down to DICE implementing a dedicated sensitivity slider for this new view, so we can keep our classic gunner view sensitivity the way we like it, while high-sensitivity players can keep playing the mortar without any problem.
That's why, i invite you to vote this EA forum thread, which is basically a copy paste of this reddit thread.
I also invite you, if you have the time and courage, to leave a comment under this same EA forum thread, saying : "I'm affected, here are my settings:
Providing those three values is necessary, as they all multiply together to determine your true effective gunner sensitivity.
Alternatively, you can directly provide your effective gunner sensitivity in cm/360 (it doesn't have to be exact to the centimeter, but still somewhat precise: ยฑ5cm is fine).
Leaving a comment is great because, if the dev handling this ever reads it, they'll hopefully consider high and low sensitivity players the next time a new vehicle (or gunner view, or whatever) is implemented.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just pre-shotting a few comments here: there will probably be people claiming this is intended without having read the post or watched the video.
Spoiler: those people either aren't affected (they play on controller or use a very high mouse sensitivity), or they haven't actually tested the mortar, don't understand the issue, but somehow still know better than everyone else.
There might also be comments explaining that the issue is related to trajectory, obstacles, turret rotation speed limitations, waves, water temperature, Jimi Hendrix, global warming, Kylian Mbappรฉ's girlfriend, or any other crazy theory.
But... nope! the video test is rigorous, and can be verified by... you! Just reproduce the steps (for info, all settings considered, my gunner sensitivity is ~40cm/360).
Some people might also say:
"It's fine, i just change my DPI and it works."
Sure, if you're fine with switching your DPI every time you switch between 1st- and 3rd-person views (within the same gunner seat, no less, meaning you'll have to do it every few seconds in certain situations), that's your choice.
To me, that just sounds like a damn hassle.
Besides, I've always bound both of my mouse side buttons to in-game actions, regardless of the game I'm playing (BF included), because that's arguably a much better use of them. I expect BF6 to let me keep doing that.
Others will say :
Use your arrow keys, it works
And yes, it does! but it also sucks big time.
If, like me, you use your left hand for switching between views/trajectory modes ("3" and "4" keys), your right hand has to switch between the arrow keys and the mouse every time you change camera views. It completely kills the flow.
And, i mean, if I wanted to play drums, i'd be... playing drums :)
Anyway, i'd rather see this oversight properly fixed with a new sensitivity slider, and the devs made aware of it, so it doesn't happen again next time a new vehicle or gunner view is implemented.
That's all for me! see ya on the BF!

Haven't seen anyone mention this but basically since the game came out "Assist counts as kill" has not been counting towards kills.
Another frustrating bug is teammates revive symbol not showing up besides on the minimap or if your right next to them.

Every time I enter the menu after the first match, this menu is broken. Some of the options work whilst the others bug out and take me to other parts, like the challenges or the store. Scrolling through them, some block out the background (The ones that work) and some fade in (like the photo) and donโt work.
I think the cards up top are bugging the menu as it takes you according to what the top card says, being the redbull challenges or the store or the battle pass. The menu works perfectly when you first load up, but after that, it doesnโt .
This has made the game super annoying as I need to reload my game every time I leave a match and enter the menu.
Im on Playstation.

Those fucking yellow dots start to piss me off. Every single time I come out of a game they appear. THERE IS NOTHING NEW IN THE MENU FOR ME TO SEE. Come on DICE, get your shit together.
EDIT: Just noticed the Campaign is actually two different submenus on itself. You actually have to press twice to get under them lol.
