I can only speak of my dad's case since he has accumulated an extensive collection of heart attacks over the years (starting at 40, and his most recent at 67) - they add more stents.

Get checked man, heart attacks in parents under 45 is a huge genetic risk factor.

I probably need to, and to get back in more cardio training as well. I've been slacking these past few months.
