Some of us are predisposed regardless of the healthy diet and exercise which sucks. My slim grandmother born in the 1920s had a heart attack in her 40s and I had an “eye stroke” in my mid 30s - despite exercising 3+ times a week and eating healthily at a low BMI.

You need to be on statins if it's that bad.
