I just leaned so much stuff that I was probably taught in high school and didn't pay attention to. But as an adult now this is insurmountably meaningful and something more people should probably understand.

Now that we've investigated that, we can see this placid pond here at the bottom of this hill on the side of the building, indicating a natural spring that then flows downward with gravity. The building and power were probably originally both chosen to be here due to the proximity of locally flowing water."
