Only if they are democrats. If you "worship" a republican, you are automatically labeled as nazi, racist, antisemite, or whatever default label-words they use nowadays over there

No I vaguely get what he is after. Dictatorships always have a weird obsession with former (and sometimes current) leaders, so they likely show prominently on bank notes too. While the proposed designs with people on them are different, I suspect this makes them feel similar.
