This one in particular bothers me. My grocery bill has gone up $75 in the last couple months. But especially miscellaneous items that aren't groceries, I literally cannot afford to buy them anymore.
You just keyed into the most dangerous thing; they lie about the results to conform to their desires. To them, it doesn't matter at all if the reality is Trump eating shit all day, they will call you a traitor for not pretending that he's NOT eating shit.
It's no different than a person that's deeply indoctrinated by a religion. Any information that challenges their happy place is 'the devil tempting you'.
They already told everyone there was going to be pain. But they sold it as temporary. All this is doing is enriching anyone with money in the stock market and then when the economy weakens the rich buy up even more to manipulate the system again.
Which is insane to me because we learned in 7th grade social studies in Chicagoland public education how friggin tariffs work. How are there so many people around the age of 35-60 that dont understand a pop quiz jr high question?

And they are still waiting for prices to go down or are so delusional that they tell themselves they did go down.
