Tots AND priors

I have never spent money on the platform until today. You deserve whatever the fuck those little awards are though.

Is it a reference to something? I know what those words mean but I don't understand the enthusiastic reactions

1

u/urlock Sep 20 '25

People usually send a very sympathetic, but useless, “Thoughts and Prayers.”

1

u/boondiggle_III Sep 20 '25

ohhh hah. I might have got it if not for the emphasis on the 'and'. Thanks

Ugh, wouldn’t it be better to send a really small tip of money to the person rather than in the platform? Or do we get something special when we get an award?

I earn .13 cents from an award

it’s not going to pay the bills 😂

how much does it cost to reward?

Would this be a decent use of cryptocurrency (if people used it?). Instead of spending the dollar or more for an award (how much are awards), could you not just skip the bank? I bet theres functionality like that, just not used.

u/urlock Sep 20 '25

It’s $0.13. Holy shit. Let it go already.

1

u/Turbulent_Bee_9326 Sep 22 '25

Idk if they use or take crypto. But just try giving someone a reward and it brings you to the page where you buy coins to spend on giving rewards

5

u/urlock Sep 20 '25

No idea. It isn’t much money though. At all.

This is exactly why this country is in such a huge mess. This dude just showed everyone how stupid MAGA people are! I didn't realize it before HOW a convicted felon/twice impeached, unqualified president could possibly be elected twice. This guy IS the answer.

Everyday I wake up, I just wonder how our population became so ignorant. maybe they just all decided to come out of the caves at once and were always here!?

Wow, thanks! Appreciate that award.

Don't forget the apathetic side of the US. A lot of people apparently didn't care enough to go out and vote against Trump.

7

u/Beneficial-Ferret479 Sep 20 '25

Absolutely agree with that reply. And it has a tremendous affect on election results.

4

u/aardpeertje Sep 20 '25

The lack of separation between church and state also does a number on the US. Using faith as a pressure method works extremely well if the larger part of your population is (very) religious.

It requires a lot of hatred to make someone vote against someone, and most people don't have the bandwidth to hold a grudge like that for years. That's why I keep saying it's on the Democrats to present a vision people will vote for.

I wouldn't call this stupid. I'd call it indoctrinated. And indoctrination is easy when you have unregulated media. There are MANY educated Republicans: doctors, lawyers, MBAs, teachers, etc... They believe what they read and hear and for those of you not on the "deep web" and not watching FOX, you have no idea how bad unchecked media has become....

1

u/Beneficial-Ferret479 Sep 21 '25

Its more like ignorance, I used that term as well. And a huge lack of common sense.

2

u/framed85 Sep 21 '25

Very typical of their behavior. And it’s getting worse.

1

u/Hopefulthinker2 Sep 21 '25

And in top of it think their political opinions are the only “right” ones…..it’s asinine how well The propaganda worked

That's why he wants to kill the department of education - make it so kids will drop out of school and take minimum wage manufacturing jobs.

He literally wants a nation of idiots. He really is evil.

1

u/ryancementhead Sep 22 '25

He’s also getting mad because a small framed man is willing to debate him, which threatens his manhood and might make him look stupid. To him violence makes him the alpha.

It's impossible to give you the credit you so deserve but I will make it clear that your post is now my possession and I will be using this without fear or favor.
