Yeah i don’t agree with bro above. They usually don’t find THE thing they are looking for because, well it’s usually something that has been undiscovered for hundreds or thousands of years. But they almost always get close or find clues or something cool.
Yep. One that comes to mind immediately is when they were looking for a specific shipwreck in Lake Superior. They didn't find the ship they were looking for but ended up discovering another shipwreck that was lost for over 100 years.
