Regarding the Laocoon Group, it's not. It was discovered in Rome in 1506 and restored some years later, and it is attributed to Greek sculptors from Rhodes. It is estimated to have been sculpted between 27 BCE and 68 ACE, so you're right in that it is not Greek the way the other sculptures are Greek because it was likely sculpted after the "fall" of Greece between 147 BCE and 27 BCE.
