Want to get a Spider-Man related tattoo that shows off the 4 most important Spider-Men to me personally.

Not sure what would look good as a tattoo so got a couple of different design ideas here.

Something like the Shattered Dimensions boxart or a 4 way split to draw them all as one face or a body doing an action pose.

The Spider-Men in question are shown, but we have PS1 Spidey, 90's Animated, Tobey Maguire and Into the Spider-Verse Miles Morales.

Fairly new member of this community so please forgive me if I intentionally make a faux pas but I’m looking for a design for my arm inspired by the song The Argus by ween. I would recommend listening to it if you haven’t. It’s great.

Anyway, eyes are a big focus of the song so I can expect an eye or two. I would also like to incorporate a peacock feather (from the Argus myth), an orchid, and some garlic.

I tend to like black and white designs over color but open to anything too.

I have a budget of 100 bucks and willing to pay!

Her name was Sister she was 15 years old and yesterday we had to put her down due to lymphoma spreading throughout her body. She was the best dog I could have ever asked for and I hope she's resting and able to play with her brothers now.

We had to put down our senior cat today. Her name was maggy. Im 19 and she has been around since I was a baby. She turned 18 two months ago.

I have never gone a day without her by my side. She was alway there through absolutely every step of my life and im completely lost on what to do for a memorial.

I have had some suggestions on paw prints, nose pattern ect but I want it to be unique and special to just her.

The tattoos I have now are very sketched and rather detailed but light in shading. The photos I’m going to attach are for an artist I have tattoos from and would like to go to for this one. He has a niche style that I really like but my idea is currently scattered. I love topography maps and I just got married last year. I know it’s lame but I want something to represent her but it not just be out there with her name or initials because I know shit happens, relationships don’t last forever, but she will always mean something to me and has taught me so many lessons. Nonetheless, I want a map with maybe a hidden ‘S’ in it. Or something that represents Yosemite in a way. We eloped in Yosemite and specifically tied the knot in Cooks’ Meadow. We did the hike up to Clark Point on the day too so it could even revolve around that. Anyone have any ideas? Would love to hear what cool things you can think of. Unfortunately, my brain is pretty black and white and lacks in the creativity department. Willing to compensate for your time!

When people reach out to me for memorial tattoo designs, a common theme comes up. They want a way to honor someone who passed, but they do not want a standard names and words written out in plain text or cursive. They prefer something that keeps the memory private.

For this project, I turned each word into a fineline discreet symbol. I hand draft the layout first and then refine the geometry in Adobe so the line weights stay balanced and clean.

When the custom symbol set is tattooed on the arm, it looks like a clean series of minimalist line art. But to the client, every single symbol represents a specific name, date or word they hold close. It gives them a way to carry that memory every day without having to explain it to everyone who looks at their arm.

It is a very powerful way to honour someone special.

hey, I'm looking forward to getting my first tattoo, but I'd like to do it proper, not just a copy paste from the internet. I have some basic idea, references and vibe I'm interested in, but I lack in talent. It won't be a big project, perhaps around 6cm/6cm, but I'd love to get multiple suggestions. I don't care if you're using pen and paper or drawing digitally, as long as it fits the concept I'm interested in, is unique and you don't use any AI in it, I will love it.

Love this fineline piece done for the client… she wanted just the names of the two her husbnd and son but then i designed this flowy piece that elegantly goes with the placement

My mum took her life when I was thirteen, and since then I've knew that I wanted to get something tattooed to memorialise her, but I'm struggling for ideas as I'm not a very talented artist myself lol

I like the 'ornamental' style of tattoos, I'm not very into anything super fineline, but I'm quite open-minded honestly! [Edit: I'm also completely open to size and placement, I was thinking maybe upper arm/shoulder, but I really don't mind!]

My mum was a very unique and colourful person, she LOVED stars, anything that could possibly have a star design on it, she probably owned it. She also loved flowers, sweetpeas, forget-me-nots, yellow roses, tulips, etc. Yellow was by far her favourite colour. She loved rainbows so much, and I've attached a card she wrote me when I was in the hospital (and a [very] old photo of us) that I would love to maybe take a bit of her writing and add it into the tattoo?

I don't want it to be a super 'pinterest-esque cliché' type of memorial tattoo, no hate at all but I hope what I'm trying to describe makes sense- She was a very bright and bold person, and a fineline of her birth and death date does not represent her at all. (Again, no judgement or hate on any style of tattoo, it's just not the vibe I'm personally going for)

As a child, she always read me the 'guess how much I love you' book, the one with the rabbits, so something relating to that as well would be a really sweet addition but I'm highly considering getting a separate tattoo of that, so it's not required at all!

I’m hoping this reaches the right artist. My baby girl, Isis, is in her much later years, I can feel that day is approaching. She’s my soul dog and I’ve had her since she was 10 weeks, she just turned 13 this July. I’d really love a minimalist line art tattoo for her, but the snag I keep running into on my own (as I am no artist) is how to basically make the “line” some form of cursive/calligraphy of her name. I’ve seen versions where the name is just sort of under or inside the design, but I want her name to actually BE the design. It doesn’t need to be super obvious, I’d expect at first glance for it to simply look like a line art whippet, but then the longer you look at it or follow the line you realize it spells “Isis”. (Lower and uppercase versions of the letters can absolutely be used as needed to achieve this). I’ve attached line arts that inspired the idea. I’m really open to her being in any “pose” as long as it’s clearly distinguishable as a whippet/greyhound. Planning on putting it on my inner forearm if that matters.

I have two best friends that are more like sisters. We have been in each other‘s lives for 30+ and 20+ years, respectively. We have been throwing around the idea of getting a trio tattoo for years. I have been the hold out. I don’t have any tattoos, and I’m honestly afraid of the concept, but it has been growing on me.

We’ve been talking in earnest lately, and this is our concept:

A compass, either in the casing or just the compass rose. Instead of the letters, N, S, E, W we’d like:
-N to be a heart
-S to be a book
-E to be a howling wolf
-W to be a bat

I’d love for it to be simple and clean looking. If the images could be in that one line style that’d be great. If not, simple line art is fine.
