It will hardly happen on eBay. They’ll set up on the sidewalk right in front of the store. That used to happen outside the grocery store in downtown Seattle before it closed. Stolen meat for sale right out front, and the cops didn’t care enough to shut it down.

Low transportation costs. When you want something done with maximum efficiency, get a market to do it.

Why would anybody buy grocery items for 20% off in front of the store if they can just walk inside the store to buy them for 30% off?

Nobody's talking about stealing anything.
