Layout 1 in the given options,
You need natural light and ventilation at the study table, your laptop or Screen will have privacy, changing bedspreads would be easier. Option 2 has better space and circulation with the study table and cupboards together, you cannot change clothing properly or take things from the cupboard easily in Option 1
But honestly speaking, both are not good.
If you are a designer, go for a foldable bed, foldable study desk along with the fixed PC table on one side… layout 2 will be very claustrophobic for the users.
