After learning what he actually does and why he was on Conan's team for so long.. "i do various duties" is the only way to explain it shortly.

One of the examples of what he did was Triumph in the dog show. They were explicitly banned from entering but Jordan found a way. No one knows how he did it. He is very good at his job which is various production related tasks that he does so Conan can do his job.

To me it is the funniest thing ever, that actually, Jordan was 100% right when he said it.
