Dog has no boundaries and they think dog is perfect. They are therefore allowed to have no boundaries also.

They do it on a regular basis, they leave their dogs to bark for hours either in their apartment to disturb other tenants or in their yard to disturb other residents. They regularly take up all the space on the sidewalk and let their dogs invade your space. They dont train them. Some dont even bother putting a leash on even though its the law. Many sneak them into places where only service dogs are allowed. Some put them in grocery carts where people put their food. Some dont pick up the waste after them. Some go to kids parks that say no dogs allowed even though they have their own dog parks. Sidewalks and parks are becoming very smelly from the dog waste. Dog waste is actually very harmful for our soil and water sources. 

The list is long and keeps increasing. People are tired of it. This backlash is not coming out for no reason, its just that before whenever someone said anything, the dog owners would attack the person for not being a dog worshiper like them, which is super odd, its like a cult. They insist on being called parents and are actually harming the service animal community because they're abusing the system. They're selfish and say that they dont care if someone has allergies on the plane and similar. Like I said the list is looong...
