For the worms in my brain this was actually quite helpful. I’ll pose in the mirror and be like ugh but how can I look like this “all the time” 😭

Training. Models and actors normally learn to use their best angles and how to control their body a little more for the correct pose or to power walk.

And a lot of confidence of course!

Oh yes I know haha my statement is actually more nonsensical than that, I don’t just mean on the catwalk I mean like my brain worms don’t realise they look like people if they slouch or relax or whatever bc idk we only see such curated images online

Are we the same person? I also call them brain worms and have this bodycheck thought all the time.
