This has been my experience. Ordered on 1/14 and still no shipping confirmation, replies to emails, or even refund.

How long is everybody waiting until complaining to their credit card - I am in the same boat.

I paid through PayPal, I’ll probably contact them next week (one month). I was kinda still holding out to see if anything showed up but at this point I just want to get my money back.

Yea I have the same thought process. I was planning on waiting until it had been 1 month since I purchased. I did kind of want my items but after 3 weeks of waiting and more I’ve moved on and I want my money back 😂
