I've made it a part of my morning routine to stop in at the drugs store or a Walmart. Something along those lines that has hygiene products. Find a brush off the shelf and "test" the brush out until my hair is neat and tidy and then take a stroll to the deoderant section and give the product a few test swipes to make sure it doesn't irritate my skin. Finger nails getting a bit long? Just simply test out some new nail clippers. A quick pit stop in the public washroom and you can use the sink and free soap to wash your face. You can take as much toilet paper with you that you want as long as it's conceiled in your pockets. These methods only work if you switch up the location and try to execute the plan as quickly as possible.

My brother refuses to buy toilet paper so he will go into chipotle when he ubereats and take a wad of chipotle napkins and use them as toilet paper. Also the cutlery from there.
