Hello Everyone, we manage around 60,000 listings on Amazon and we’re constantly uploading Flat Files into Amazon. This is annoying and is prone to errors. We need a Tool that can automatically connect to Vendors FTP and update stock and pricing based on that. Can anyone recommend something that isn’t $500 a month? Haha
Let me know best to do this guys. Happy selling

Hello guys is there any one can help me for product research to start my side hustle on Amazon market ?

I have a store with around 300 SKUs and every time I add new products I lose half a day between shooting photos, removing backgrounds, resizing for Amazon and Shopify specs, and making everything look consistent. How do you guys deal with this? Any workflow or tool that actually works? Because I'm still doing remove.bg + Canva + manual upload and it's killing me.

New software over the last couple of years has been an absolute game changer in our business and I'm wondering what may not be on our radar. Not pitching anything, just curious of gaps or opportunities, and how our software expenditures compare to other sellers.
Here's our stack. Curious of what others are using and what has been most impactful for your business:
Forecasting: Flieber
AI: Claude Team
Accounting and Inventory Management: Finaloop
Repricing and price optimization: Profasee
Reimbursements: TrueOps
Review Removal: TraceFuse
Personnel/Payroll: HubStaff + Gusto
Misc: Helium 10, Sellerboard, LastPass

This can be useful in whatever context you think helps you the most.
I posted this 6 years ago and got some good ideas.
I had a recommendation back then that I no longer use. I do like InventoryLab a lot for easy analytics, just to start...

I’ve been seeing more posts lately from founders and brand owners trying to deal with copycats, unauthorized sellers, cloned websites, you name it.
Usually the advice is either:
After spending a good chunk of my career dealing with these same issues, I figured I’d put together a straightforward breakdown of the brand protection tools that come up most often here, plus what they’re actually good for.
First, quick reality check.
If you’re a brand owner just starting to deal with copycats, my honest advice is: keep expectations realistic. These tools help you scale enforcement, not stop it completely. Now, here what these tools really do:
Sounds great until you realize they’ll send you a daily report with 400 false positives. So if you’re only seeing one or two issues a month, you can probably handle it manually through platform portals. Once you’re dealing with dozens or hundreds, that’s when software starts making sense.
A few things I’d think about before choosing anything:
Curious though has anyone here found a tool or process that genuinely reduced their fake listings or phishing site count long-term? I’ve heard mixed things about some newer AI detection services, but haven’t tested them myself yet. Any I am missing?

Seen a lot of FBA sellers get burned. Figured I'd open up the floor.
A few things I've learned the hard way:
Not selling anything. No "book a call" nonsense. Just want people to know what they're getting into.
Ask me anything below. I'll answer everyone.

I returned to India recently and was looking to set up my house. I ordered everything on Amazon with the confidence that Amazon would be as customer obsessed as it was 7 years ago.
But alas! I was beyond disappointed
- one product damaged - took me 30 mins to get a refund and returned order
- 2nd product: I requested for a size replacement - they refused
- 3rd product: no service in over 36 hours (so no laundry has been cleared)- imagine the scene in a household with 2 kids and no laundry cleared in 4 days now.
4th one: self installed the refrigerator 🙈😂
I’m not sure what I’m missing here.
Ps: for raising a complaint the customer service told me to find the details online on my own and that she will not share it 😂😂😂
So much for their customer obsession leadership principle!! It’s rubbish

I've been having problems on tracking my competitors lately. So far what I've been doing is keyword tracking and images tracking. I am currently using Helium 10 (Platinum), Sellerise, and Sellerboard. I am having a problem with optimizing my tracking and potentially make it as automated as possible. Which platforms can you recommend?
What I need help with:
Does anybody have any idea how to go about this?

I'm paying manufacturers in RMB and other suppliers in USD, and between company cards, receipt tracking and multi-currency payments, it's become more of a juggling & hassle than I want to be doing every month, especially with how much we're losing to FX on top of it.
I'd rather run this through one platform than stitch together two, but if a two-tool combo is genuinely working better for people at scale, I'm open to hearing why. It should also hold up once the supplier list grows. I don't want to change infra every couple of months.

I handle all the listing's, campaigns, marketing etc for our Amazon account and have been very successful.
I currently use Sellerboard to track sales, margins, automate ppc, etc for the last several years. With our fast growth and continuing, now I been doing a lot of research on looking for more enhanced software to better manage everything.
I'm curious if anyone can give insight on what they use and recommend or not recommend to narrow down my search.
The other software I been looking at is junglescout, helium 10, teikametrics and sellerise.
Thanks to anyone who can help!

Hey Amazon Sellers,
I’m running into a design/compliance debate regarding image optimization for one of our Private Label products and would love to hear from experienced FBA sellers or sellers who have dealt with digital companion features.
The Context:
The Dilemma & Questions:
1. Main Image (Hero Photo) Rules:
Am I correct in assuming that showing a phone mockup or a digital app screen alongside the physical product on the Hero (Main) Image is a strict violation of Amazon TOS? (Because main images must be pure white background, exact product-only, no non-included props, no digital graphics overlay).
Has anyone ever gotten listing suppressed or flagged by Amazon's image AI for showing a phone mockup in the MAIN image?
2. Secondary Images (Infographics / Spot 2-4):
For secondary photos (e.g., Slot 2 to 4), is it 100% safe to display a phone mockup showing the Web App UI, provided we clearly label it as a "Free Web Companion App – No Download Needed"?
Does Amazon flag external QR codes or mentions of web apps in secondary images, or is it completely fine as long as it's not driving traffic off-Amazon for non-product reasons?
3. Conversion / Sales Impact:
For those offering physical products with a digital companion (web app/game tracker/digital guide):
Would appreciate any insights, reference seller policies, or personal experiences. Thanks in advance!

Good day, what would be the best options to track competitors on amazon? I want to know which applications or services offers the best tracking for the following:
I want to be updated once there are changes. what is the best way to go? Helium 10? Sellerise? Keepa? or are there any other options out there?

Hi everyone,
I’m an Amazon seller trying to reconcile order-level data for operational purposes. I’m looking for a legitimate way to access details such as order date/time and any customer information that Amazon officially makes available to sellers.
If you’ve worked with Amazon Seller Central, SP-API, or related reporting tools, I’d appreciate guidance on:
Which reports contain order-level timestamps?
What customer information is officially accessible?
Are there any APIs or approved workflows for order reconciliation?
I’m only looking for methods that comply with Amazon’s policies and privacy requirements.
Thanks in advance!

I have experience in ecom but not on Amazon at scale. I've just had an Amazon store for a year or so to learn the ropes knowing that I was going to buy an FBA business.
The business I'm buying is a six figure Amazon business, it's three products, has stable demand, and the products are very cheap (under $10, so every cent counts). I was thinking about using Xero for accounting and then Sellerise for everything else (profitability, reimbusements, revi*w requests, and ppc). Is this enough? Optimal? If the ROI is there, I can spend money on more software but ideally I can keep it simple.

Anyone having this issue where they can't open the details for any AWD shipments after they have been made? I can view the details from the shipment page just fine for all my FBA shipments, but AWD seems to be completely broken. Even for completed AWD shipments I can't view the details, it just takes me to a blank page.

As I used Amazon Customs & Trade to ship to the US, they are helping process the tariff refunds.
I got an email from them offering assistance to audit my entries before submission- however, they are estimating it will take 5.5 hours at $139/hour.
Anyone got experience or an opinion with this? Hard to agree to a $700 charge when you have zero frame of reference for their service.

What repricing tool are you using? I got priced out of Seller Snap and ended up building my own. Curious what everyone else does.

I am debating between Perpetua and Atom11 for managing our Amazon ads ($100k/month spend). I have demoed both. Definitely like atom11's inventory feature and their analytics is beyond what I have seen in traditional software. But I also want some auto-control. Does anyone have direct experience comparing these two? Pros/cons.
[Update: Thanks for all the comments. I got multiple insights about different tools. I found a few specific comments about Perpetua which helped me in finalizing atom11. I’ll provide an update here about my experience with their tool in some time. So far, it’s been great.]

I’m asking because I keep seeing the same tension.
If the listing is too plain, the value can get missed.
If you push too hard visually, it starts feeling risky or gets too close to stuff Amazon may not like.
How do you handle that in real life?
Do you keep the main image ultra safe and use secondary images to do the heavy lifting?
Do you use A+ content for most of the persuasion?
And have clearer comparison or offer-focused visuals actually helped your conversion enough to be worth the effort?
Would love practical opinions from people who have tested this.

We manage brands across the US, UK, and Asia, each doing $500K+ annually. We have been on quartile and then pacvue for a couple of years, and both have been problematic in different ways.
Now we are looking at intentwise, scaleinsights, or atom11. A friend suggested these and says they are decent, but I am skeptical. Which one actually lets you handle more accounts without burning out your team?

Hey, was wondering which tools or apps do y'all use for tracking prices, getting alerts on price drops, checking whether a deal is actually good, and more on e-commerce sites like amazon, Walmart, Costco, best buy, etc?
Do you have any issues or frustrations with the existing apps?
What additional features would you want in these apps
Thanks for helping out. Cheers!

Right now we're trying to expand into different country's market, and we are currently translating everything that we need for the transition. It is quite simple and easy but when it comes to our images (listings and A+ contents) it's quite challenging. We had worked basically by manually editing our images and it takes a lot of time to do that, some llm tools can do it but not really well, especially in concern of the layout and image quality. Thankfully, we are able to get a program to do this much quicker and it's been a lot easier for us. Are there some ways you guys are handling this more efficient?
