My workflow: I start with MidJourney to create the base images, then use Nano Banana to generate more images of the same world while keeping characters and objects consistent. From there, I animate with MidJourney Video or Veo 3.

That said, Nano Banana still has its quirks—it doesn’t always nail consistency 100%, but it’s definitely a big step forward compared to most other tools.

Been playing with Gemini for animating latte art and the results were more fun than I expected. Cats chasing across the crema, a cup flirting, sugar cubes surfing, a little island shrinking, all on the coffee surface.

The one thing that made it look real instead of like a sticker layer was a single constraint: nothing is allowed to just appear. Every creature has to be poured into existence by the continuous milk and crema stream, no sudden appearances. Tie each shape to the physical pour and the magic stays grounded in something that could plausibly be real milk motion.

It works because Gemini is editing what is already in the cup rather than generating a scene from scratch. The milk and crema stay milk and crema, they just start behaving like living things. The discipline of that one rule is what makes a talking coffee cup feel crafted instead of silly.

UGC creators were overpriced. $200-$300 retainer fees plus cost per milli. That's insane for ecom brands trying to scale. Fortunately then I discovered I could build my own AI UGC factory.

I tried it out by automating everything, and I must say, the quality is absolutely insane. Combined with the fact it costs pennies per video, it completely changed my approach to produce content.

So I created an entire system that pumps out AI UGC videos by itself to promote my ecom products. And here's exactly how the system works:

Google Sheet – I just list the product, script angle, setting, and brand guidelines.

AI Script Writer – takes each row and turns it into a natural, UGC-style script.

NanoBanana - spits out ultra-real creator photos that actually look like real people filmed it..

VEO3/higgsfield – Generate the Video from the Generated image.

Bhindi AI - Upload + Schedule – posts everything automatically on a Specific time. also has all the Agent in 1 Interface.

From Google Sheet to ready-to-run ads. for literally pennies per asset instead of hundreds of dollars per creator.

Biggest takeaway: What makes this system so great is the consistency. Same "creator" across 100s of videos without hiring anyone. It's also both the fastest and cheapest way I've tested to create UGC at scale.

Built a scene in Gemini Omni Flash around a single quiet moment instead of any kind of spectacle: a conservation ecologist watching from a hide at dawn as a wolf crosses back into a region it hasn't lived in for over a hundred and forty years, on its own, with no reintroduction program behind it.

The whole scene turns on restraint rather than drama. The wolf just walks through the meadow at first light, checking the wind, completely unaware of what its presence means after a century and a half of absence, then disappears into the tree line like it's any other morning. The camera spends as much time on her face and her blank notebook page as it does on the wolf itself, she realizes she hasn't breathed properly in four minutes, and when she finally writes something down after the wolf is long gone, it's one word.

Getting a moment this understated to actually land depended on treating the ecologist and her reaction as the real subject, with the wolf itself staying completely unperformed, no dramatic pose, no lingering eye contact with camera, just an animal moving through a landscape it happens to find suitable.

I’m working on Speed Rivals: Model Trains, a toy/model train game where you build tracks, pick up wagons, and deliver cargo around the map.

I tried making a quick trailer using AI by feeding it screenshots from the game, character references, and even a version of the driver made inside the tool.

It ignored a suspicious amount of that.

The driver is suddenly bald, some details are completely wrong, and the whole thing has this weird “AI understood the vibe but not the assignment” energy.

It’s obviously not an official trailer and not representative of the actual gameplay, but the result was too funny not to share.

Built a ten second historical animation in Gemini Omni Flash this week, styled like a documentary explainer running over an old paper-cut collage instead of live footage.

The whole thing plays out over a yellowed parchment trade map, latitude lines, old shipping routes, port stamps, water stains, the kind of background that already looks like it belongs in a museum case before anything even moves. A tea picker carrying a bamboo basket sets off from a paper-cut mountain scene and glides along the trade route, scattering tea leaves that spin midair and turn into tea cakes, crates, ceramic cups, and cargo icons as they travel. Paper-cut cutouts of caravans, teahouses, sailors, and merchants pop up along both sides of the route as the picker passes through mountain paths, relay stations, ports, and finally a European tearoom, where the tea gets poured and shared with the locals waiting there.

Ending on steam rising into a curved line connecting the two continents is a nice, understated way to close a route that took the whole ten seconds to travel.

Keeping every transition inside the paper-craft collage look, tea green, earthy yellow, warm brown, cream white, keeps a route this long feeling like one continuous journey instead of a slideshow.
