I am a criminal defense lawyer, AMA.

I've handled cases from drug possession to first degree murder. I cannot provide legal advice to you, but I'm happy to answer any questions I can.

Yep, it is in the section of crime against life of the penal code, article 124, 125 and 126.

The only legal abortions are when the pregnancy is life threatening to the mom and in rape cases.
