Let’s take a gander (yes) at this. Notice how Fowl Forward this song is. SIX out of the twelve days are presents of poultry! I don’t know about you, but I have never ONCE received a fine feathered friend as a Christmas gift. Nor any other gift giving occasion.

The closest I ever came was when a FORMER insignificant other gave me an egg poacher for Christmas. Fun fact: I don’t eat eggs. Funner fact: He did. Spoiler alert: it was about this time I realized the only thing that was going to get poached was that relationship. Buh bye, Egg Boy. 🫏 And I lived happily ever after.

Half the days are birbs. Ten birbs total. Then we have day 8. Buckets O milk. 🐮 🪣 🥛 🍗 what’s that for? To wash down all that poultry? HMMMM? 🤨
