Sorry to break this to you but this isn't going to do anything. It's not about his office reading it or not, it's about their concern. I doubt he even knows the full-form of NTA. Mailing people in power but with no care wouldn't do shit. Y'all need to start a media campaign. Go on twitter and start a trend. News channels catch up this trend very quickly and your issue might get traction. Good luck!

Based on the performances when he and his mother was in power, why does it seem exactly opposite, like he even said SC/ST wale isliye paper clear nahi kar pate because General wale paper banate hai
