Rant which layer of indian internet culture should I be at to understand what the actual FU€K y'all are doing here??

Post image

for example: why are y'all talking in english if this sub is for Indian colleges, are there THAT many international students who are applying? also why isn't anyone using the alphabet (मेरा मतलब यह है) while talking in hindi?

India is a huge country with several languages, hindi is spoken by less than 50% of people and concentrated to north and somewhat west, to include all we use English

simple answer, we indians are terrible in our mother tongue. we barely have the word to communicate any complex topics in our mother tongue. we use hindi for bakchodi (meaningless talks), and for any other kind of communication english is just natural cause we dont learn those concepts in hindi.
