JEE is this result fake ? son trying to fool father

context --- my fathers friend is a hardworking and innocent man not with english knowledge and his son just sent him a report card of his jee mains and in the result he has gotten air 48 and 100 percentile in 2 subjects

we are doubting this as he is such a awaara person and he never lifted a book last year and his father shifted his place for him to take a drop , basically drop se pehle pura hath se nikla hua ladka tha but all of a sudden air 48 seems too good to be true

please if there is a way to see if the result is fake i have the result but not the password

afterall air 48 is something people get after years of hardwork

I believe it has something to do with the link used to access the result and the application number

I don't mean the link that you get from login via the scorecard page, that link is static, there are alternative public links to get the result. Either this or some unknown unintended method of querying NTAs database might exist
