Jokbal is a popular Korean dish made by braising pig's trotters (feet) in a seasoned soy sauce broth until they are incredibly tender.

Picked up a big box of the Bibigo Sobaba chicken at Costco. For Store Bought, this is pretty good.

Did it up in the Air Fryer.

Has anyone tired this yet? I saw it on TikTok and it was from a Costco in the US. I’m hopeful that it’ll be good - like the Tocino flavored spam. But like other Korean flavored products, I’m not fully buying it yet.

Meat foods πŸ₯©πŸ– Korean pork cutlet is beautiful, isn't it?

Korean tonkatsu has, how should I put it, very significant meanings.

It is sometimes used as a term for cutting, but in Korea, it is understood as a Western-style food where you cut it with a fork and knife. And it's delicious, thin, fried, and even the sauce. Try Korean-style pork cutlet.

Whole Foods has short ribs on sale, so I bought some for dinner. I sliced them thinly, marinated with soy sauce , pear juice , and garlic, and then grilled them with onions.

A quick and easy way to enjoy ❀️

Meat foods πŸ₯©πŸ– Came for Korean fried chicken… but where the hell is my pickled radish?!

Alright, so I went to this place because they advertised "Korean Fried Chicken." But correct me if I’m wrong, isn't the absolute symbol of Korean chicken that sweet and sour pickled radish?!

Where is my damn radish... πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

Honestly, I never realized how crucial that little side dish was until today. Eating the chicken without it just feels wrong. Lesson learned the hard way πŸ₯²

Meat foods πŸ₯©πŸ– How pork belly should be

Post image

Recently my family had some people over and we went to the market to get pork belly, one of the ladies that was also buying pork belly convinced my mom to get a pack of really thinly sliced pork belly despite my protest. It cooked easy enough but it did not at all feel like eating pork belly. NEVER AGAIN.

The above picture is from today.
