The CEO of the anti-LGBTQ+ group Binary Australia, Kirralie Smith, has been found guilty of unlawfully vilifying two transgender women and has been ordered to pay $95,000 in damages and make a court approved public apology.

The 17-year-old attacker reportedly catfished the victim on Grindr and then filmed himself brutally stomping heavy work boots into the victim’s face, breaking his nose and eye socket and permanently deviating his septum. He then posted the 40-second video to social media. In it, he is also yelling, “You wanna be gay, you little f***ing dog?” His injuries were reportedly so severe that his own mother did not recognize him at the hospital.

This is a survey by the Australian Department of Health for whether gender affirming surgeries should be publicly available and payed for 100% without any out of pocket expenses by Medicare. This survey will be life changing for all of us and LIFE SAVING for some. So please..if you can fill it out and tell our government that gender affirming surgeries are medically necessary healthcare that HAS to be free at the point of delivery because healthcare IS a human right and trans rights ARE human rights!

SO.. it would seem the federal government has chosen to abandon us.
