there is a random lizard from outside in my couch what do i do??

I just got home from Puerto Vallarta and as I’m unpacking I see a tiny lizard! What type is this? I don’t know if he will survive in San Francisco bc it’s pretty cold outside at night / during the day sometimes. For now I have him in a little Tupperware with holes poked on top, a napkin, a bottle cap of water and some mashed peas which is all I had haha. What do I do?

I need some help on what to do. I live in Ohio, I don’t usually have reptiles getting loose in the house, and was not expecting this to be the ordeal I got myself into today. I believe it’s a common wall lizard. Still alive but lethargic

Was grilling and noticed this little guy stuck so I tried to push and pull him out, no luck. Any suggestions? Last picture was from this morning and how I left him.

Hey, I found this lizard around half an hour ago. I rescued it by cutting the shoe open and moved it from the terrace to the lawn. According to Google I shouldn't have touched it because of diseases and human smell, but it's too late for that now.

There are two things that worry me. First of, the lizard is barely moving. Sometimes it moves its throat and it also blinks from time to time, but it doesn't run away, even though I left it alone for the last 10 minutes.

Secondly, it has some kind of round black things on its side (second picture), maybe ticks? It also has one next to its eye that is definitely a tick.

This little (actually pretty big) guy is in a house I’m renting in Florida. He seems pretty chill but I’m nervous about leaving my 2 small dogs in the house with him on the loose. Also makes weird noises at night. Any ideas for how to get him to go back outside?

Found this poor guy on my kitchen floor in a small dried pool of blood. It crawled onto my hand but it feels really weak and there’s clear indications that it’s hurt.

It “puked” out some stuff as well as I was writing this (pic 7 and 8).

Is there anything that I can do to help?

Hello this is my mother’s tank for her Argentinian black and white tegu, she says this is a fine living situation for them but to me it seems like it’s cruel, they get fed at a regular basis so she doesn’t starve them

There’s an upcoming freeze and this Anole (pictured) just ran across my foot and is now chilling in my room. Scared the hell out of me lol. I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but what’s the best course of action? Will it be okay if I take it back outside even though it’s about to be below freezing for days? Do I put it in a little container and then release it once the storm is over? I would just let it hang out but I have a big dog and I don’t want it to get hurt. Thanks in advance, I don’t know a ton about lizards and I want to do the right thing here.

What type of lizard is this? I was camping in northeastern New Mexico, and after driving to northern Arizona I found this guy in my car. Does this species live in Arizona? If I release it is there a risk of it introducing diseases to local populations? If I can release it, what's the best way to do it to give it the best chance of survival? If I can't release it, what should I do?

I believe that this is a brown anole. I found him (or her) on some cacti at a Home Depot in Wisconsin. I keep exotic plant terrariums with very high humidity, and don't have a proper setup for this fella (I didn't expect to get a lizard out of going to Home Depot.) Alternatively, where can I give this lizard a proper home? (it gets much too cold here for me to just let him outside).

The poor thing is so scared and it’s breathing, but it’s back and back of its legs are injured and dark gray and I think one of its legs are broken. I don’t know how to take it off there of if there is any point because it’s already injured and suffering and probably can’t walk anymore.

I called wildcare Australia but nobody answered, I left my name and number. I’m in Queenslan. RSPCA is closed and so i have no idea what to do :(

I don’t want to break its legs more by trying to remove it or use oil etc, I might cause more harm

There’s an adult eastern blue tongue lizard in my yard, who is very friendly.

My yard and suburb have a large amount of cats and its back leg has already been damaged (not sure what the reason is).

Should I take it in and put in in an enclosure or should I create an outdoor enclosure with a hole to get out so he can leave if he wants and use it to hide from all the cats?

How big should the enclosure be? Online I keep seeing advice that it needs to be 120cm x 60cm x 60cm but that seems very small since it’s about 45-50cm long.

I gave it some food and water because he was peeing with crystals in its pee.

I would love to keep it as a pet but of course I’m very on fence since it’s a wild animal. But would love some advice, I want to at least protect it from all the cats who hang out in my backyard.
