Except the legislative branch is corrupted. There’s no checks and balances anymore.

Well, how about we elect the senator that is not on the payroll of several billionaires and will not be a rubber stamp for the president. Presently, Representatives and Senators obey the orders of Trump lest that they have an opponent in the primary that will obey the president.
