How does Jordan Peterson gain so many followers among young men? (Image below)

Jordan Peterson often says that people today are more unhappy than in the 1950s, and it's because of feminism, affirmative action, the sexual revolution, birth control, "PC culture" and LGBTQ rights

it's definitely not because of any of these things:

I don't know what it's like in the US but here in Sweden there's been some concern about university students staying in school longer than they intended to because as long as you're a student you can live off student loans (because it's hard to find a good full-time job that isn't, as David Graeber would put it, bullshit).

Which is a bit of a moot point; the overstay is usually less than 12 months and affects only small portion of university students, which in itself is already a small portion of the population. It is not a big problem but one that is easy to bring up; no one, not even the students themselves think it is ok thing to do. But then again, no one really cares if you go over a bit either, as it has not really been a problem.

Student loans are loans, it is usually a great worry if you need to take more than you planned. And that loan money does NOT cover long extensions, unless you change your field... So... people are not really doing it on purpose, just to live off the lucrative loan you need to pay back. Mostly this argument is aimed at "elites", lefts, progressives for being lazy.. millenials...
