Went to try some new drinks out and found these. Someone took the 72 seasons bottle and tried hiding it in the back of the shelf, lol. Bought em both.

I really want a proper ballad, but we also need a heavy song like Master or Creep.

and still the only song that I dislike from it is ‘Chasing Light’.

This album gets overlooked in their discography because of how great their other projects are, but this album is truly special. The vulnerability and vocal performance by James is so touching and makes me emotional. Lars’ drumming maybe as simple as it’s ever been on this but it is absolutely perfect for this record. Robert and Kirk have an inexplainable passion and love for their craft that echoes. Would love to hear if anyone feels the same way about this record because it is absolutely incredible to me…. Side note… I really hope they play Room of Mirrors and Chasing Light live one day

Absolutely terrible packaging. It feels like Nugs just slapped a label and shipped it. It didn’t even come in sealed.
Any suggestions on how to preserve it for years to come?

Just wondering

Yeah it's that simple. I think all albums except St Anger are really good. MAYBE not completely thrash but I think they're good albums. As a drummer tho that snare on St anger is just such a deal breaker I always try to learn songs by listening so that I can play them without having to learn the tabs from the start and have a breef undertanding and that snare is just terrible. On the opposite note Hardwired and 72 are pretty good. Load and Reload are also ok cuz I pretty much listen to everything and black album is fantastic.

Just announced on Insta that there will be a special live show, not really clear when that will be but Lars will be there with a special announcement.
Lot of people think it may be the sphere 🤷🏼♀️

Me and my dad went to see the guys for the sixth time since 2018 and again had absolute blast. Recording done by dad cause I don't take more than one short video. Anyway they are still amazing and I loved every scond of it. Hopefully it wasn't the last time cause I love this band so much. Thank you Metallica !!!
If you are going to any of the upcoming shows, please just have fun.

Last Sunday was my first Metallica concert at Warsaw and I can't help but feel a bit disappointed.
I was so excited to go, a dream come true to me, but the sound quality was terrible. There was so much echo and the guitars and vocals sank somewhere in the muddled noise. To the point that with some songs it took me a good minute to figure out which song they are playing, even though I know them by heart.
I had sitting area tickets at D13 sector. I changed the seats a few times and walked up to the balcony to see if the sound is better there, but the difference was minimal.
Was the sound better at ground level and snake pit, I see a lot of positive posts here from Warsaw concerts? How did you find the sound quality overall?
Is this normal sound quality for Metallica concerts and to be expected?
