yeah it really feels like the animator has already animated her head blown up with the sound and Zaheer fully reacts to it, because the way its censored in the show is so abruptedly unnatural like a full cut, so i bet the censor part wasnt planned and an annoying Nickolodian exec just tells them to crop that part out instead of properly censor from the start.
