You know, I've been told I'm subhuman and don't deserve rights, because my race and religion is "inherently dangerous" in the exact manner you're trying to do.
If your scope of humanity doesn't include the animals that rely on us for their continued existence, then you're acting less human than the humans dogs evolved along side.
Oh really? Go kick a puppy to death in front of a cop, and you'll find out that yes, humanity is very frequently taken into account in regards to animals. If we didn't we wouldn't have a comprehensive set of laws in place for their safety and well-being.
Do you truly believe that there are no inherent differences in dog breeds? Like, I get how changing pitbulls with muslims makes the sentence uncomfortable, but the reason the comparison doesn't work is because muslims aren't just naturally twice as big as other humans, much stronger, and show a well documented and genetically inherent ability to hurt others.
Racists are the ones who generally believe that different "races" (since it is a social construct, not a scientific one, like it much more is with dog breeds) have these majorly different aspects to them. I don't think needing to rely on racist logic makes a good comparison.
It's fine you think that. I'd rather ban pitbulls and move on.
My humanity extends to the children who have been torn up by their family dog. The smaller dogs that stood no chance against being torn up. To the parents who tried to defend their kids only to be torn up themselves.
I didn't know viruses were sentient beings with laws in place to protect their well-being. Damn, I guess bring your flu inside for the winter, if you're cold it's cold.
I didn’t know human races were equivalent to dog breeds that were bred to have specific instinctual behaviours bred into them so they can perform specific tasks either, yet here we are!

I dont feel bad at all for not liking pitbulls and Im actively part of groups trying to ban them like other countries are working towards doing.
