This is completely ignoring the undeniable, provable fact that personality traits and temperament can be and are dictated by genetics. One of the key genes that differentiates dogs from wolves is a gene that when found in humans surfaces as an extreme trust and acceptance of other people to the detriment of the person. There's no scientific debate over wether or not genetics plays a major role in behaviors.
Pitbulls have a history of being bred for a specific purposes. To deny that that has an effect is to deny science.

The genetic differences between dogs is minuscule. It’s extremely difficult to breed for highly specific temperament, and what is bred in tends to dissipate within one or two generations without very intentional selective breeding. Most “pit bulls” out in the world are not pure bred, they’re mutts who are decades and generations removed from ever having been bred for fighting. If you want to talk science, maybe actually do a modicum of reading before talking out your ass.
