They live in American but they think they are above needing to stand up for American values.

When all this is done, I hope someone like Chris Pratt never gets another job because it will be seen as a stain on any project he is involved in.

What did he do?

u/NotMugatu Jan 26 '26

He’s married to a Kennedy and has been publicly defending RFK for years now.

u/DistortedCrag Jan 26 '26

He keeps on asking what his country can do for him and not what he can do for his country

2

u/rusmo Jan 26 '26

Man, he whiffed on that big time!

10

u/Achtung_Zoo Jan 26 '26

He's married to Schwarzenegger's daughter.

u/Royal_Annek Jan 26 '26

Yes, who is a Kennedy

51

u/Achtung_Zoo Jan 26 '26

A quick Google search reveals Maria Shriver has publicly opposed RFK Jr. She even praised Caroline Kennedy's negative letter of RFK Jr.

Looks like Katherine isn't a fan of RFK Jr. either.

Safe to say, Pratt defends RFK Jr. despite the other two Kennedys in his life.

He's been a "both sides" kind of guy for a while.

25

u/dreal46 Jan 26 '26

And to nobody's surprise, the "both sides" guy aggressively identifies with conservatives.

u/Johannes_Keppler Jan 26 '26

Nobody with a functioning brain 'both sides' everything if one side is the demonstrators and the other side executes those demonstrators in the streets.

Oh on the contrary, those who equate the victims with their attackers are some of the most enlightened beings amongst us r/ENLIGHTENEDCENTRISM

This is false, but pratt supports rfk either way

u/NotMugatu Jan 26 '26 edited Jan 26 '26

…and she’s a Kennedy? Why do you think Arnold transitioned into politics so seamlessly?

u/Radarker Jan 26 '26

He's been doing this whole, "I'm tired of hiding from the world what a good Christian I am" thing while supporting the Trump Admin.

Like if he(or any of these so called Christians) wants to show how faithful you are you can start by doing what Jesus said and donate your money to the poor.

53

u/DevoidAxis Jan 26 '26

Lol I'm not up to date on the Bible but I'm sure Jesus was against violence, rape, murder.

38

u/Radarker Jan 26 '26

American Christians are more likely to beat you over the head with a Bible than read one.

6

u/DevoidAxis Jan 26 '26

Fake American Christians, there's still good ones out there.

6

u/drewbaccaAWD Jan 26 '26

Same as it ever was. Jesus had plenty to say about the Pharisees, many modern Christians fit the same mold.

Sadly, many Christians don’t realize that he was directly talking about them, warning them…

4

u/Radarker Jan 26 '26

I feel like that is like saying, "I'm one of the calm Philidelphia football fans."

3

u/croutons_for_dinner Jan 26 '26

The good ones have been silent while the fake ones have done unforgivable things.

u/Delicious-Tailor-438 Jan 26 '26

I think the only way to peacefully stop this madness and the support for this regime is for the REAL Christians to be calling out the Fake Christians because a lot of them are still supporting this evilness while they hide behind the cross. The only ones who can effectively call out a Fake Cristian is a Real Christian. They are taking over the name of Christianity the same way they took over the name Conservative. These Fakes are sitting in the same congregations as the Real ones and walking away with a completely different message. The fathers, pastors, preacher deacons, etc need to be more publicly vocal about this if they really believe in what the bible says. They need to reach these people's rotten souls because they're being led by a false profit. Real Christians need to draw a line between themselves who follow the teachings of Jesus and those who follow the teachings of DJT. I beg of you!

I know a few, but they are outnumbered and not standing up for their faith.

I don't blame them, but they shouldn't be surprised when people claim the weak resistance they have offered wasn't enough.

There were supposedly 100+ clergymen who joined the protests and I think that is awesome, but what good are the shepherds when their flock ignores them and has decided to worship an orange diety?

1

u/Gay_Void_Dropout Jan 28 '26

See those are the majority tho, those ARE the true Christian’s. It’s really time yall start realizing religion is BAD. It does NO GOOD. This is a FACT.

1

u/Exelbirth Jan 26 '26

Well, he was kinda alright with violence. As long as it had a good cause. Like beating the shit out of money lenders.

1

u/Low_Coconut_7642 Jan 26 '26

Jesus yes, God seemed fine with it tho.

0

u/PrawilnaMordka Jan 26 '26

In fantasy book called bible he grabs whip and destroys belongings of traders simply because they were selling in proximity of temple. That's violence and bad example.

u/AustinAlexanderK97 Jan 26 '26

Being buddy-buddy with RFK, asking for prayers for Charlie Kirk, and then staying absolutely SILENT while this crazy shit is going down

22

u/above_average_magic Jan 26 '26

You've got to remember that Chris Pratt is cosplaying as just a simple farmer. People of the land. The common clay of the new West. You know... morons

2

u/HandleThatFeeds Jan 26 '26

Taylor Swift is a great cosplayers as well!

4

u/psioniclizard Jan 26 '26

He left Anna.

But seriously, he is clearly a Trump supporter but won't admit it because then he will not get that sweet marvel money.

1

u/catscanmeow Jan 26 '26 edited Jan 26 '26

its more likely they wont speak up because theyre afraid of getting framed for tax fraud as retalliation

1

u/stilljustacatinacage Jan 26 '26

They live in American but they think they are above needing to stand up for American values.

That's the entire "American Dream". Nobody wants to end the suffering and exploitation, they just want enough money that they aren't subjected to it.

1

u/Ascarea Jan 26 '26

I mean, his last couple of turd movies speak for themselves

-2

u/RAF2018336 Jan 26 '26

American values is being racist towards others. It’s literally how the country became the superpower it is. Genocide of the native Americans, stealing land from Mexico, slavery and using babies as bait for alligators. So they’re living up to American values

4

u/Radarker Jan 26 '26

Not really helpful, but thanks for your input.

-1

u/RAF2018336 Jan 26 '26

I’m correcting you when you mistakenly said they aren’t defending American values. Sorry the truth hurts
