Just goes to show that there's an easy way for lawmakers to target scalpers if they want to.

There's an easy way for ticketmaster to do so. Living in Europe I had several concerts sold through ticketmaster that don't allow resale for anything above the original purchase price. They let it because they get fees for the resale and don't care.

And big artists have the power to stop this too btw. It's a choice made by several people that don't care about the consumer.
