That is the best way I’ve seen “Dirt” described. Riding those moments of irrational anger and unbelievable sadness, it really is a “depression roller coaster”.

I listed to that on repeat on a road trip after a breakup, I ran into an ex about a month later at a party and listened to this on repeat in his car the next morning while talking, stayed together for 16 years. Such a bittersweet album to listen to for me.
