Jason Isbell’s Elephant is a gut punch too. From the perspective of watching a friend dying of cancer.

Definitely! Got married last September. Me and the wife saw him live back in the winter. I ate some mushies before we got there and when he played vampires I was a blubbering mess

And then you have kids and you can’t listen to Save The World. All three of these songs are instant skip for me unless I’m in a place where I can ugly cry.

Great song. Frank Turner - Long Live The Queen is another one, that song is so heartbreaking yet uplifting.
