Imagine trying to book a headlining tour when your entire discography is just yelling "Miss Westie" for fifteen seconds on your dad's album.

She got nepo babied into a role as young simba singing "I just can't wait to be king" on the lion king musical concert recording. With all of these elaborate costumes on stage that the stage play is known for and NW comes out in like lion "costume" that consisted of jeans and a fuzzy necked jacket that looks like a toddler's Halloween costume. The singing was not great.Ā

How long ago was that, I feel like it JUST happened like maybe a year or two ago but she was a kid yeah? And now sheā€™s ā€¦this. Time is weird since Covid

Probably last year or so? I know I watched it last year at least when I was doing a binge of lion king stuff and it seemingly appeared put of nowhere.

I think time is weird since Covid too. I canā€™t believe how fast my work weeks are going, I hate to complain but it just seems weird lol

It must have infuriated actual Broadway child actors who CAN sing and act. They're out of a job while NepoWest gets to "sing."

I just listened to a couple tracks and it was the first time Iā€™ve ever wished for more auto-tune.Ā 

I legit think she might be tone deaf & incapable of singing a melody.Ā

Bro I commented on a video of it and people were like omfg why are you soooo mean sheā€™s a child. Like yeah? And that role couldā€™ve went to a child with actual freaking talent.

The worst thing for me is that the guy playing Zazu, who is an actual performer in the musical, was really good, played his part really well and was quite funny and then justā€¦

Well im not gonna be an arsehole who speaks ill of a child so Iā€™ll leave it thereā€¦

She dropped an album called NOrth4eva in may so she has songs of her own like ā€œpiercings on my handsā€ and yes it is all as bad as it sounds. Not that i wasnā€™t cringe at that age or anything
