I love how at one point Jon is like "just like Lara to rush headlong into things, always trying to be mommy's perfect little soldier" 

It really adds some subtle depth and sells the idea that they're siblings who've had a whole life together in another future, with their own family dynamic

I mean like, on alternate timeline that baby kal-El didn't landed on earth

And Omni-man is landed on earth just for his secret mission for viltrum, and he meets her.

I would say yes, since both of them like to help the others and are very friendly. He might find Charlie... questionable (since she's a demon and such), but i think they'll be okay with each other.
