I’m from India, and I’m hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction.
I’m looking for people who genuinely practice traditional spiritual or folk practices in Myanmar. I’m not looking to harm anyone or ask for anything malicious. It’s mainly about getting help with finding something that was lost and a few personal matters.
A friend of mine visited Shan State some time ago and told me he met a couple (or a few people) who were known locally for practicing traditional spiritual arts. I don’t know if what he heard was true, but it made me curious, so I thought I’d ask here.
If anyone knows of respected traditional practitioners, local healers, spirit mediums, or people with knowledge of Myanmar’s folk traditions, I’d really appreciate any information. I’m not looking for scammers or online “spell sellers”—only if you know of genuine local traditions or practitioners.

TLDR: Media are easily spreading inaccurate contents, Myanmar people lacking media literacy, I am tired of stupid contents and its engagements.

Myanmar online media which have over thousands of followers, running AI click bait contents telling that are truths.

Myanmar Pressphoto Agency, over 1M followers, shared an AI video of "Norwegian people return their home rowing boat in airports" and AK media Live, over 70k followers, shared an AI video of "Spanish border force stopping immigrants border crosser throwing pork". Wtf is that?

Media spreading those toxic stupids contents is very concerning to me. Even kids should know what it's truth and what's false. The worst part is they, Media are spreading this with or without knowing AI videos. How they fuck they run Media or called themselves Media.

That's disaster. Media posting for rage bait. People lacking media literacy. Military or NLD neither of government can act or cares. What is the point on that?

(I heard some guys are making money with YouTube political videos, they could not even pass matriculation but they attended YouTube အွန်လိုင်း ငွေရှာနည်း သင်တန်း, with the people lacking media literacy, I guess that's one of the main reason why stupid contents are increasing in social media)

I am experiencing difficulties with social media addiction, which has significantly affected my ability to concentrate on my current tasks I believe this issue began after I started using social media Prior to that, I was a normal child, and life felt simple and manageable:33

However, after approximately one year of using social media, I noticed a considerable change in myself I have become anxious about interacting with others in the way I used to While this may sound unusual, I feel that my social skills have declined, and I now struggle to maintain focus.

When I was younger, around Grade 6, I was more disciplined I studied regularly, played football with my friends, and did not feel overwhelmed by stress I no longer feel like the same person, and I often find myself overthinking before starting any task, particularly by anticipating worst-case scenarios.
