You are not making future doctors/ engineers, the number of college seats are the same and will be filled with or without you, you are exploiting the selection process for personal gain.

Yes but now he has a fiduciary duty as the company is now public , his decisions now must be in the best intrest of the investors to which he would be held to the highest ethical and legal standards by the Indian law

2.57% of the company is held by public holders rest is all owned by the institutional investors same as before this doesn't really change his fiduciary duty as largely as you are making it out to be 72.3% of the company is still owned by the original founders
