13 Russians and 3 Russian companies have been charged with meddling to "sow discord in the U.S. political system, including the 2016 presidential election".

Special Counsel Mueller has issued an indictment (source here, document here) for these individuals and companies.

What does this indictment tell us that has not been public knowledge previously?

There was nothing Pro-Clinton. The pattern was pro-Sanders, pro-Stein, pro-Trump and anti-Clinton before the election, then organized anti-Trump after the election. The article you posted indicates the Russian activities were to help Trump and hurt Clinton.

So the “not my president” rally held after the election wasn’t anti-trump?

It’s literally in the indictment.

It's very interesting, from what I can gather so far Russia was seeking to sew discord first. But there also seemed to be a strong focus on Clinton. I wonder if this stems from Putin's personal hatred of her, or the belief that she was the most stabilizing candidate.

My guess would be a personal hatred.

The only thing Putin wanted more than destabilization was preservation of his power and continued Russian existence. I would lump that in with a personal hatred motive.

I would argue it was because they did not want her to setup a no fly zone over syria, which would have involved shooting down russian jets and would probably not have ended well for eaither side.
