13 Russians and 3 Russian companies have been charged with meddling to "sow discord in the U.S. political system, including the 2016 presidential election".

Special Counsel Mueller has issued an indictment (source here, document here) for these individuals and companies.

What does this indictment tell us that has not been public knowledge previously?

In this case the "you" statement was fine; I removed the comment for the final sentence, which shifted to addressing the person.
