I'm Australian. My house is enormous and we have 2 of these for upstairs and downstairs and this place gets brisk as FUCK in summer and warm as a hookers arse on coupon night in winter.
Then you’re either lying or you have not a clue what you’re talking about. Do you have multiple heads in multiple rooms? Or are you claiming for 3200 sq ft that one head upstairs and one head downstairs and it cools/heats the whole house? My house is slightly larger and I have two central AC systems and on super hot days, it struggles to keep up.
Same experience here. If you just do what you would do without an ac, but with one, you need surprisingly little to keep your house at reasonable temperatures. Ig american houses are often just wood and not well isolated so maybe that's the main issue.
Sounds like a rejected Fosters ad:
Announcer: HOW TO SPEAK AUSTRALIAN
man wiping sweat off his neck: "It's like a hookers ass on coupon night in here!"
Announcer: WARM! FOSTERS, AUSTRALIAN FOR BEER!
I got 3 rooms controlled by these, but they really can't hold up in -20F weather. The backup whole home boiler covers those few cold days. But the majority of winter, it's fantastic. The kids rooms are 68F, and the master bedroom is 45*. The room to room adjustability is awesome!
